T. Spencer Metcalf, CFP®

Spencer Metcalf is the founder of LivingStone Wealth Planning and is an Investment Advisor Representative with Cetera Advisor Networks. Spencer has enjoyed working with individual families and businesses as a financial planner since 2006. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Spencer constructs personalized plans to meet our clients’ goals spanning from tax efficiency and growth to retirement income and wealth preservation. In addition, Spencer enjoys presenting financial planning seminars at universities and for local employers. He believes that financial education is the key to making successful money decisions whether you’re managing a business or a home. Helping clients realize their wealth potential and life goals has been a passion and motivator of Spencer’s throughout his career.

Spencer received a BS from USC Upstate, an MBA, with a concentration in Finance, through Strayer University, and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Florida State University. He currently holds the Series 7, 66, and 24 securities registrations as well as active state Life & Health Insurance licenses.

Spencer, his wife Tara, and their sons Luke, Ian, and Colt currently live in Simpsonville, SC.

Kristy Smith

Kristy Smith is the Director of Client Operations at LivingStone Wealth Planning. She has helped people for over 18 years in the financial industry and joined the LivingStone team in 2013. Kristy’s greatest passion is ensuring that clients feel comfortable with our communication and financial services. She achieves this by enthusiastically welcoming people to our firm and by working diligently behind the scenes to meet client expectations. Kristy acts as both a problem-solver and problem-preventer in the hopes to make your life easier. She loves interacting with both current clients and newcomers alike and enjoys hearing each of your personal stories.

When she is not at the office, Kristy spends her time with her husband, Brad, and their two sons, Micah and Maddox. As a family, they are involved in their church, Brushy Creek.

Building meaningful relationships and helping others meet their goals is a passion for Kristy at work, home, and in the community.

Ashley Gliss

Ashley Gliss is the Director of Client Experience at LivingStone Wealth Planning and is a Registered Professional at Cetera Advisor Networks. Ashley enjoys helping clients by creating efficient and effective planning solutions through each of their life stages. Through attentive research and analysis, she helps the team and client family stay informed and adaptable to changing planning topics and economic events.

Ashley brings with her a unique background in engineering in the automotive industry and entrepreneurship as a small business owner. She worked for Michelin for over 10 years in R&D. Ashley received a BS and Masters of Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a Mini-MBA Certificate from Clemson University. She currently holds the Series 7 and 66 securities registrations.

Originally from Massachusetts, Ashley and her husband moved to the Upstate in 2010. While not working Ashley enjoys traveling with her husband Ed and their two daughters Avery and Norah and working on home and car projects in Greenville, SC.
